Sparkling Tree?

Latley I have noticed sparkling starpoint trees. It's not big sparkles, Just little ones, but I wonder how the users got them? Do they eventually grow on the tree, or did the users just buy them and put them on there? Grr...I want mine to sparkle, Maybe later I will go though and see if you can buy them [: & For now on my chat will be off, Im tired of it.
